Chris is one of the founding members of the ConnectSouth executive management team and led ConnectSouth's initial network deployment. Today, Chris is responsible for the development and implementation of ConnectSouth's Voice Services strategy.

Prior to ConnectSouth, Chris served as Vice President and General Manager of Prime Telecom in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for development and implementing Prime Telecom's plan to deploy CLEC services in the Greater Washington area using local cable television infrastructure.

Chris also worked for Brooks Fiber Properties as General Manager of the Oklahoma City operations and as Director of Engineering for the South Central Region. As General Manager, Chris built Oklahoma City into one of the five largest operations in the 40-city Brooks network. As Director of Engineering, he had responsibility for the region's fiber optic networks and implementation of a voice services platform following the passage of the Telecommunication Act of 1996.

He received a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
