Doug joined ConnectSouth as a highly regarded telecommunications professional with more than 20 years in the industry at Northern Telecom, Alcatel, Satellite Business Systems, MCI, RSL USA and Westinghouse Communications. Doug is responsible for engineering, operations and implementation of ConnectSouth's advanced network and provisioning service for ConnectSouth customers.

Prior to joining ConnectSouth, Doug was Senior Vice President of Network Services for RSL USA, where he was responsible for network planning and design, network operations and engineering. As Vice President of Operations, Doug was responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the company's U.S. voice and data network and the round-the-clock Network Operations Center.

Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Central Missouri State University.
