Michelle Friesenhahn, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, has extensive experience in all areas of human resources. She joined ConnectSouth from Trilogy/PCOrder.com, an Austin-based e-commerce company, where she was Director of Human Resources.

Michelle has corporate-level management experience with Guaranty Federal Bank and Chase Bank, and was Director of Human Resources for NetSolve, a network management company. She is Past President of the Austin Human Resources Management Association, and she served on the Texas State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management. Michelle has also been involved in human resources issues at the national level.

She received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southwest Texas State University.
