Olin is responsible for developing and leading ConnectSouth's direct and indirect sales channels and for timely co-location installation and network construction in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and parts of Florida and Tennessee. He also provides additional expertise in the development and management of Internet and Web marketing programs and product development for small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to joining ConnectSouth, Olin was Director of Sales for Petrocom Communications, an offshore cellular communications provider seeking to leverage existing switching and fiber facilities into a Gulf States regional CLEC/Internet strategy. He previously worked for American Metrocom, a start-up CLEC/Internet company, and for more than 10 years throughout BellSouth's nine-state region in various sales management positions.

He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Loyola University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Math from Southeastern Louisiana University.
