Ralph is responsible for evaluating and implementing ConnectSouth's OSS platform along with the day-to-day responsibilities for all Internet, ASP and enterprise operations.

Ralph joined the company from Splitrock, located in The Woodlands, Texas, where he was Vice President of Information Systems, a key member of the executive staff and architect of a nationwide dial-up access, enhanced-services Internet company. He managed the development and flow of information across Splitrock, from Network Operations Center software and billing systems to design and production of the network facilities.

Ralph received a Doctorate degree in Information Technology from George Mason University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Computer Methods from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
