Backup Restoration Policy: ConnectSouth's file system back-up is in place to provide protection for customer data in the case of a hardware failure. It is recommended that customers backup files and web site information separately. The disaster recover system and should not be considered the primary backup policy for the customer's business web site. As an added service, we do provide restoration of customer files when requested -- however, these requests can only be fulfilled during those times that the tape drive is not busy backing-up the servers. This means that there are a very limited number of hours per day when restorations will be available.
